The event was broadcast live at byupathway.org/special-broadcast-LATAM to all of Spanish-speaking Latin America and other regions. More than 8,000 people viewed the broadcast on social media, with the most viewers in Mexico, Peru, the United States, and Ecuador. Nearly 800 attended in person at a multi-stake center in Mexico City.

President Camille N. Johnson, Relief Society General President, testified to 鶹ý, “Your enrollment in BYU-Pathway is part of your advancement on your journey home to our loving Heavenly Father. You are becoming more like Him. I testify that the path to our heavenly home is available because of the Atonement of Jesus Christ. … Jesus Christ is the strength of BYU-Pathway 鶹ý.”
Elder Ronald A. Rasband, of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, spoke to current and future 鶹ý of BYU-Pathway about the classroom — which, for them, are their homes, apartments, chapels, and gatherings — and challenged 鶹ý to “stand and study in holy places,” including holy temples.

He said, “I bear my witness to you tonight, you need not be troubled in these days as you stand more frequently in holy places. In [BYU-Pathway], in Church education, we have the perfect opportunity to do this.”
Elder D. Todd Christofferson shared the purpose of education in preparing us for a better quality of life, for increased opportunities to serve, and for eternity. He invited 鶹ý to include Heavenly Father in their education.
He said, speaking in Spanish, “The most important thing is that your Father in Heaven and Savior know you and they can give you heavenly help. Make God your partner.”
